On a double girder crane, there are two girder beams that make up the bridge and they’re supported by an end truck on each side. In most instances, the trolley and hoist run on a rail installed on top of the bridge girders. because they have two beams, double girder overhead cranes are more stable and can lift heavier loads.
Our double-girder overhead traveling cranes offer exceptional load capacity and minimum deadweight. Their precise and stable geometry provides travel characteristics that minimize wear on the end carriages and runway. In addition, the load hook can be raised between the two crane girders which enables maximum lifting heights.
Our most popular capacities are: 5-Ton, 10-Ton, 15-Ton, 20-Ton, 25-Ton, 30-Ton, 50-Ton, 75-Ton, and 100-Ton.
